Samsons is an Indonesianpop-rockband formed in Jakarta in 2003. As of 2025, they have released five albums consisting of more than 50 songs in total.[1][2][3]
The band currently has four members: singer Adrian Martadinata, guitarists Irfan Aulia and Erik Partogi Siagian, and bassist Aldri Dataviadi.[4] Former members include vocalist Ariadinata, drummer Chandra "Konde" Christanto and Bambang "Bams" Reguna Bukit.[1][5]
History
[edit]2005–2007: Naluri Lelaki
[edit]Samsons' first album, Naluri Lelaki, was released on November 25, 2005, by Universal Music Indonesia. The album sold over 1.1 million physical copies and digital downloads and was certified Multi-Platinum by Universal Music Indonesia.[6]
Naluri Lelaki received awards in several categories at the Anugerah Musik Indonesia (Indonesian Music Awards) in 2006, including Best Newcom
