    Ann was a registered jeweler and served as president of Tobin Jewelers for over thirty years.  She was president of the Junior League of Springfield, the first female president of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and served for many years on the Memorial Hospital Foundation board.  Ann’s passion for antiques and art manifested into a collection of over 70  McKenney and Hall Lithographs of North American Indians. She supported the Springfield Art Association, the Abraham Lincoln Association and the Elijah Ilses House Foundation.  Ann was a prolific golfer and winner of multiple championships at Illini Country Club and a member of Panther Creek Country Club.
